If it's about a technical issue...

In general, as a first step, always try to make sure you are using the latest version of EQdrill, just in case the issue you are experiencing might already be resolved in a newer version.

If you're still experiencing your issue, even with the latest version, feel free to contact us about it.
Please consider including the following information:

  • operating system (incl. version)
  • EQdrill version (see splash screen after startup or 'about' window)
  • detailed issue description (e.g. ideally steps on how to reproduce the issue)

Doing so will help us in understanding and resolving your issue faster.
